i just made an app0intment to look @ them Friday....i looked @ the one in Carle Place is was a nightmare...i heard these are a lot nicer though!! thanks!

they are an in a gr8 neighborhood. i am from syosset/woodbury there is an equinox across the street .. the apts are right near route 135

yea..i kn0w the area..i grew up in Northport, its really nice..im in Queens now and hatinggg it....thanks again im def gonna check it out...i looked @ some other places and they are like 2000+ for a one bedroom..i just feel that is SUCH a waste of money!!

This Apartment is a 2nd floor, own entrance one bedroom, Bath is large, two sinks, skylight, bedroom is medium size and single closet, hall has double closet, storage in attic.

Kitchen and Living room is one large area separated by a breakfast bar, kitch has bay window overlooking canal, The is a deck for your use on second floor.

Utilities are 100 and include the following...

Heat (own thermostat)
Electric and AC
Sat TV Directv
Internet Access
