Popular club over there. They've been in the process of purchasing that space for a while. They get some good dj's to play...The focus is mostly on the party though...Different themed rooms, weird stuff...trapeze, midgets..weird shit like that.

yeah i was readint on DT's board that those guys who run that are the owners of Crobar and looking to do something like this in NYC.

My bosses own Crobar and I mentioned Spirit to them. They said they dont even see Spirit as competition because they are looking to target completely different clientele.

The space on 27th between 11th and 12th would be perfect... thats where they were "supposed" to open crobar.
