Veal Rolls with Linguine & White Wine-Butter Sauce

Made this dish a few weeks ago. Wasn't too happy with it, I used shitty wine and I think it kind of ruined the sauce. But it was ok I guess. I am not going to explain the dish because it was very basic and I didn't like it but here are the pics.

Oh yea I stuffed the veal with aged provolone and pruscuitto.

i keep it easy with the veal, just prosciutto and onions, for me any cheese in it just takes away from the veal

this is the last time I am going to make this dish. Next veal dish I want to make is braised veal shanks. mmmm, drooling just thinkin about it. :spitfall
