First of all I want to apologize to all of you who were at Roxy last Saturday to hear me play that you had to experience first hand the unfortunate circumstance that occurred.
After being a resident deejay at Roxy for almost 6 years I am sorry to inform you that I decided to leave for good.
As much as I enjoyed playing for all of you, I can no longer accept the unfair treatment I received on a regular basis by promoter John Blair.
I've reached my limit with all his lies, shade, threats, disrespect and phoniness towards me AND my loyal fans.
No deejay in the world at any level in their career should have to feel forced to accept Blair's unprofessional attitude and behavior.
I am not the first Roxy deejay to experience this and I certainly won't be the last.
I will not compromise my artistic integrity anymore because of Blairs ego.
Now for the good news.
I am very excited to announce my new monthly SATURDAY NIGHT residency.
The party will be called "WORK" and it will be held at Club SPIRIT (NYC's most legendary space formerly known as Twilo).
My kick-off party will be on Saturday, March 12th and trust it will be a night to remember.
Further details will follow in the next days.
I want to thank each one of you who emailed me in the last couple of days to show me your love and support.
Thank You and see You all at "WORK" on March 12th.

Gay crowds spend a lot more money at the bar and they're more reliable of a crowd because they all live right around the block from the club. Good luck to Peter.

WHAT!!! I don't think that's true at all...First off, Chelsea is not as much as a gay community as it was before because families have taken over the area as the rent has gone higher and higher. Hell, there a store in that Chelsea area selling baby clothes now.
Second of all, alcohol sales for gay parties are way lower than a straight party. They won't do bottle service and there is a lot more GHB and crystal usage at gay parties and they will buy more water but that's about it. I had a friend that worked at SF (the uptown one) when Jr. had his parties there, along with some Alegria parties and they hardly made any money on alcohol at all.
Hopefully Peter will have a good residency there but doubtable that he will be packing that place on a monthly basis. Junior hasn't even been able to either.
Also Junior is going to do Roxy Saturdays once a month...will be interesting if it competes with the same time Peter has his montly.

Oh, I forgot about bottles :yousuck I never really saw too many people getting drinks from the bar at JP parties as compared to Peter's, but then again I can't even see straight when I'm out.
I hope this party goes well and I hope his night doesn't compete with Junior's because I wouldn't know which to go to.
