do you think it takes to build a body naturally that is somewhat close to juicehead physique. Im talking good diet, morning cardio, and consistent weight training. I know its impossible to reach roid physique without the drugs, but how many years to reach optimum natural physique?

i believe it's 5-7 years minimum - it differs depending on intensity, diet, genetics, dedication/discipline, and training methods....

but i heard from some veteran hardcore types that compete and shit that you dont reach max potential naturally for at least 5 years if you are perfect from day one...more like 7 years for most to allow for trial and error stuff like improper diet and training regimen's

Im decent now, but i still think im about 3-5 years away from my goal. Id probably get it by the summer with a cycle of primo and winnies though. From a natural point of view, is it a cop out to cycle out just for the summer?

I think its too different look, I think the natural carries a leaner look whereas the juice look carries a more bulky look.

I think that cop out thing is personal issue, if want to do it and know what your doing then go for it. I wouldnt do it but theres many that are willing.

there's really no time table you can put on it. completely depends on ur physiology and diet and workout habits/techniques. just do some fina and Eq and call it a day. (that was a joke)

I feel that taking steroids is a total cop-out, especially if it's for one summer. After that one summer you will never be considered natural again.

You can look pretty amazing after 2-3 years of intense training, naturally. If you have a mesomorphic body structure it should happen even sooner because of better genetics. I feel that people who aren't at least content with their body after two years are really doing something wrong.
