man, I don't know how you could take Mardi Gras over Vegas. I did Mardi Gras last year and it's fucking crazy down there. Hawaii everywhere you go is like a postcard, Athens is beautiful, Rome has good pub crawls, Florence has good food, Interlocken is peaceful and Amsterdam is so phat I had to do it twice in the same trip.

I got real tired of driniking at Mardi Gras but everything else was crazy as hell!!! I went there for 7 days...too long IMO...I was up for three days straight...that place is nuts! I plan to go back next year but ONLY for 3 days lol

for a domestic getaway, Puerto Rico was nice....beautiful weather, water, and women...plenty of gambling for Vegas fans...can't beat $2 minimum roulette tables...hehe...

Too hard to choose. For something domestic I would have to say Vegas then South Beach. If you really want to party...Ibiza was amazing. To relax Bahamas, Aruba or St. Martin. Those are my favorites. I am hoping to get to Greece, Amsterdam and Thailand in the next year or two so my favorites my change.

u're gonna fall in love with thailand....the advertisements for 'amazing thailand' seem cheezy....but not after u've been there. it really is the land of 1000 smiles :D only bad? unearthly heat & humidity....

but of course i went to patong! i don't suggest staying in patong, it's quite commercialized and there are much nicer beaches in phuket but patong is where u go to eat/shop/dance ;) all of phuket is only like 30 minutes drive on a tuk-tuk anyway so take advantage and see it!
i hope u don't get laid off but i also hope u get a chance to visit....
