When I went 6 yrs ago this was impossible. You will always run into someone from this area. Unless you stay in your hotel room all weekend.

About the conference posts. Whatever. People are getting all excited to go hear some local dj spin at a damn pool. If thats your highlight of this conference then yippie for you. I just dont get it. The conference should be renamed to the Winter Music Party. Cause thats all it is.
There's still a boatload of parties with djs from all over that dont spin in NY. I wonder what percentage of people will actually open their minds and ears and listen to a dj whom they may never hear in NY.
