did anyone go see Deep Dish on saturday/sunday? i'm trying to get a feel for how that place must have been.

any insights?

i went to space for pvd on fri......Think EXIT....but PVD was sick as hell!!!!

deep dish was absolutely insane, i didnt leave the dance floor from 3-7am unfortunately i had to leave at 7am cause i had to get back to my hotel and pack up my bags and check out. as for the prices they were charging i invested in that space pass for the 5 days, and paid $150 for it, and considering that deep dish was as high as $100 and DT was as high as $80 i got my money's worth just from those 2 parties....and it allowed me to cut any line....even when the fire marshall made them stop letting people into DD we were able to get in with the pass

as for the new look of space, it looks just like exit, i really dont like it, but thats just me

The party was insane. I can honestly say that this party was worth the $100 admission and the two hour wait. They really killed space. Left around 11 am because I was way too fatigued. Only party that I thought was as good as this was Satashi Tomeii @ Nerve Friday night. Small place, $200,000 Steve Nash sound sytem, the coouze factor was nil and no track was able to be i.d'd. Place was off the wall. We arrived midday friday and left yesterday. Nikki beach was alright, the music was turned off on the beach around 9:30 which caused overcrowding in the indoor area. Luckily a friend took us into the private restuarant upstairs,
pretty nice, funny to see Pdiddy rocking it to the house beats. Moved over to Prive' afterwords and Ivano bellino came on with a flawless set and rocked it just as if it were his home on the patio @ Space. 5am rolled around, place closed and took a cab to the airport. Officially exhausted.

P.S. The new Space sux. Very dissapointed. The club has absolutely no character anymore.
