It's an invitation only card from AmEx that they offer if you spend $100K+ a year and they offer perks like 24-personal assistant, car service, etc.

Amex has a normal card thats black, and says NYC on it... anyone can get those.

That NYC card is a joke...it just gives you awards/perks when you buy something at participating NYC locations.

my cousin got one shit is redik...whenever he fly's they automatically give him 1st class and whoever he fly's with gets a free ticket 1st class as well...im almost positive the min spend 4 the year is 250 thousand

My boss has one. He uses it for everything. We went to LV for a conference and the card worked wonders. You get EXTRA taken care of.
