Oh Boy.. what has the world come to when Mike is throwing around titles such as Tech Head to Robbie Rivera lovers such as Danielle. Those kind of titles need to be earned after at least 4 Picotto visits and greater than 10% track ID skills/per set.
After hearing Cristian Varela and M. Bailey, I kinda forgot who Picotto is.... go hear them and then talk to me about WEAK!! Cant wait till Tronic starts... the weeks are counting ;)

Yea I was down there for a bit partying it up and dodging spys and snitches while at it lol. She's still training and will soon learn the ways of 140bpm. Just give her a lil more time
As far as I go, I must say the 3 months of pre-Sobe training did me well but its not stopping there. Felt kinda unproductive down there during the week I had off but I gotta get back in the swing of things in time for Mem Day Wkend. When are you comin out again?

I think I will be out soon. Either Vinyl for DT or if Matt and George get to spin on the 4th floor at Factory again, I will go back for that.
But there is always 143 on Sundays which I go to for a few hrs almost every week. I think this week is Mike Macaluso (sp) and from what I hear from other he people, he is pretty good. And he spins hard, so I def will be there this sunday if thats the case.

Yea Mike has slowly progressed his game to tech and tribal sets. He's come a long way from Final Chapter and Take me Away. Def not the same guy from back then. I'll look into that actually.
I finally heard Matt Hamburg at the NCC party and must admit, he's good. Def feeling the style he's got going on and shows alot of promise. We'll be making the troop out to 143 sooner or later as long as Kelly hooks us up with FoundSound t-shirts loll.
DT impressed me out there with his party so I'll come out to a Vinyl night in the near future. As far as SF, ehh.. JP disappointed me out there. Might check out the anniv to hear the new music that sprouted over the last few weeks. Deep Dish really impressed me out there. The new Puffy track is dope!

Ray - Just tell me when your down to go to Vinyl. I am usually down to hear DT when ever. And if I go to SF it isnt for JP anymore, I have given up on him. He spins very weeeeaaak now and keeps the music at one level. If I go its for Matt and George.

And Ray, as for the lifting...I have been on fire for the past few weeks. I am not curling 55's but I can get 50's for a few. Everything eles is up though, including my weight. I have changed my diet up and training routine so we will see what happens. But I am sure after writting this I just JINXED myself and I prob will get hurt tomorrow in gym and be lifting light for a month and fuck everything up. lol

The new westwood bros is pretty good (a few weeks ago it came out). New Alter Ego is ok, Clemens Neufeld first side is good. Some guy Andreas B, Sick Bitches or something is the name of the record...feeling that one too. Cant send those links though....but I will give you the site.
My training doesnt involve anything thats less then 6-8 reps anymore. I am done with that 2-3 rep last set stuff. I can get 50 for like 5-6 and I am not going up till those are at like 7-8 clean. Been doing some new stuff too...reverse bench, weighted dips, super setting on the pull up machine(assisted one) with sets of 12 with wide grip and then the inside grip. Doing some super set work here and there.....Going alot heaver with my legs too...doing alittle cardio also. Things are comming around nicely. Anyways.....GET THE CD OUT!!!!!!!!!!
