Crazy man on the loose

So i get off the train thsi morning at 57th and 8th and there is this disheveled looking man in a shabby suit screaming at the top of his looks "I'm lucky I'm not arrested!" and "i should be hanged here!!"/ I picked up the pace and practically ran into the store for my iced cofee. When I walked out he was across the street, marching along and shouting. Anyone else see this??? It was pretty scary...guess someone forgot to take their medicine this morning. :yourcrazy
