..I've been MIA. As some of you know i just took a job working for One If By Land Two If By Sea... and in addition to working 65 hours per week... I am also trying to redo the entire pastry kitchen... :grumble

Im a bad mod :spank

and at the end of the month i get to add school into the mix :pullhair

what have i gotten myself into?

i better get hooked up when i come down then :agree :heythere yea new catering place is laying on the hours as well, but its fun doing banquets for 550 people :rubhands

Don't worry I have been MIA too, work is draining me, I am in the process of looking for a new job, don't like the stress level here, this is not what the food industry is like, law firms suck, the people here know NOTHING about food or the food industry. Too many uptight shitty people here.
