Im a little disappointed that I have only lost 5 lbs... and i dont think it has anything to do with taking these pills.
The pills make me wanna run head first into a wall... i feel like a maniac. Anyone have any suggestions on how to reverse or lighten up that effect?

Try to take them orally instead of snorting them them! lol j/k
Try to take less of them or maybe you just cant take them at all.
You should also try hitting the gym, that def would help you loose some more weight. heheheheheheeee:waving

You'll build up a tolerance and lose the jittery effect eventually. That effect is a consequence of the drug speeding up your metabolism and heart rate, so without it it wouldn't be working as well. I certainly don't recommend running into a wall though :eek:

i think you havent lost that much weight because you dont have alot of extra weight to lose

I can tell you this much of what I know.
I have been on them for 2 months along with a very low carb diet and the gym 4 times a week.I have lost a noticable amount of weight but still have yet to see what i actually lost.
When u take them take them with a the 8 ounces of water and make sure you drink alot throughout the day.

you don't need to lose any weight.. i am sure it would be very easy for you to get cut up.. from working out.. but i know you had some injury.. so becareful..

thats my big prob... i cant join a gym b/c of the accident... i started running again and roller blading will be soon to follow.

Well....you can look at the 5lbs as a start if anything. And considering when you started them you wanted to lose 10lbs, you are half way there. Yes I actually was positive for once! lol

btw, my dr thinks i have siatica (sp) from my acciden...which would explain the pains in my ass and legs that i have been getting for the past 5 mnths. goin for an MRI in May.

i agree i think there not workin that well cause u dont have that much extra weight to loose ur prob holding water if nething try stop takeing the pills and drinkin about a gallon of water a day and less sodium that will make ur body flush all the water out u should try it

Kelly has honestly lost it.....all joking aside.
If she thinks she is over weight she is crazy. And if she wants to lose 5lbs and get alittle leaner, I think all she has to do is run, do some sit ups and push ups and eat good. All that takes is dedication!
