Which of your body parts do you hate the most? Right now I hate me chest the most. I also hate that my head is too small, but I don't think there's any way to make it bigger :giveup

funny you say that about your head.. I have the same complaint. Other than that I'd have to say my traps, and second to that, my forearms. Both are lagging compared to the rest of my body. :wallbang

During my first year or two of training my tri's sucked. I wound up overcompensating and now they're the biggest and strongest part of my body. Blast the shit out of them.

my shoulders... they are too small for the rest of my body... i have a nice v-taper, but still.... my shoulders need more roundness.... if i'm lean, they look great... but if i'm holding any water... i look funny.... lololol

my calves and forearms are skinny. Actually, I'm just kinda thin. I have to put on a good amount of muscle just so I don't look frail, lol

everything is growing much faster and my triceps just blow.

i think maybe i just havent found the right combiunation of exercises to really work them properly.

lol.. :shuffle pictures hide alot.. they arent huge but nonetheless they irk me. i once had a tiny waist and zero love handles :shrugger

i wholeheartedly feel like the real problem is that i have been lifting very very heavy on monday nights, which is my chest night. by the time i get around to working on my tri's they are still sore and almost impossible to have a great workout that focuses solely on them.
also im lazy lol

how far apart is your chest workout spaced from your tricep workout? or are you working chest and tris in the same workout?

i think my tri's are m y strongest also. i want a stronger chest. i want everything bigger.

i hate my nose, it's not big it's just funny looking lol, and my upper body. i've been told i'm very proportional, but i want a more pear body, i think that's very feminine. smaller upper body would be great.

yeah u can, the illusion that clothing gives you works wonders. dont wear short shirts, the more elongated shirts elongate the torso lol

i dont think she means midriff showing shirts when she says short shirts.. she just means wear the really long ones that go maybe halfway to your ass.. (as opposed to ones that end at the waist) .. that will make the torso look longer :agree

ok well either way... i dont really think my torso is too short for my body...i just wish it was longer... i dont feel the need to falsely elongate it.. if that makes any sense....i think my arms & legs are just too long :shuffle

what size are u??8.. im 5'3"... but i have dense muscle and i wouldnt wanna change it.. but i wonder if my shape would be diff if my feet were smalller... like my build... and i kinda like the rest of my body just the way it is... ::::sigh:::: :giveup

8 is not bad, and in the right heels they'll look fabulous. and dense muscle is usually good, u can eat more and not gain weight.

Stomach (It could be sooo flat, but I gained some weight) & Thighs (Colombian mama gave me those, no taken them away)
