It's been years, but I did these yesterday and they felt so good! I go light...with a 35, and really slow without leaning on my leg. So many people do it wrong. I have to incorporate these into arm workouts more often ;)

i typically do mine standing with my arm on my leg like a shelf....its more of a shaping exercise, but it feels great. i aim for 2 sets of 12-15, slow and controlled

What do you mean "like a shelf?" You mean you rest your elbow on your leg during your sets? Cheater :snobbish :grumble :booted

yea i stand, back at like a 35-45 degree angle and i rest my elbow against my knee. give it a try and youll see how its very effective.
and i dont cheat :snobbish
besides, i dont like concentration curls that much, :booted
suppinated pullups and olympic barbell curls (supersetted) at the ways to go for mass :yipee :heythere

How can you superset the same muscle? lol. Superset would be bi-tri-bi-tri :tisktisk

lol joe. supersetting is doing 2 or more exercises with no break or rest period. it does not necesarily have to be different muscles. :tisktisk

I like doing concentration curls over the opposite side of the preacher curl bench, so my arms are hanging straight down as opposed to being on an angle.

but in all seriousness...supersetting does not JUST mean diff. body parts. it, in general means doing alternate exericses without rest. its not an opinion joe, lol its a fact.
