2nd day on a nice routine and im feeling great!
a little sore but definatly a good kinda sore!

I still cannot comprehend a "good sore"...you people are crazy :keke
IT NEVER FEELS GOOD TO BE SORE...yes knowing your muscles are ripping and regrowing bigger and stronger is great to know, but for the love of everything sacred, how in the world does it ever FEEL good? I always have tiger balm on hand JUST in case muscles get sore and I dont even work out anymore like I used to (I plan on starting up again this week...which reminds me gotta make sure I have Tiger Balm :floor)

well, a good sore is when youre just a lil sore, and you can still function smoothly, and you look back and say, ah, i did good, worked out nice......a bad sore is when you get up from your desk and FOR THE LOVE OF JESUS CHRIST, MY LEEEEEEEGS!!!.....and you're sore as all hell, you wonder is it worth it, should i just get calf implants, maybe steroids wouldnt be so bad afterall whats a few extra pimples, etc.....got that eleni? all square? great!.........lol

all soreness, from post-workouts are favored and incorouaged.


i like to feel like i cant walk normal for 2-3 days, then i know i had a tough workout.

oh and tiger balm? ha! in my first band, we used to put a lil on our cajones to give us that extra :wallbang :pullhair :evil :ROCKON worked well i must say

I don't agree. I missed like 3 weeks over thanksgiving weekend-early dec. And I'm not hitting anything near what I was, and get discussed at my workouts. I think I might have to grab a jar of no-explode or something because what i've been doing isn't getting the job done.

I lovvvveee when my chest gets sore, I usually end up 'pumping' it throughout the day just to feel it burn, hehe

2 of the worst, but acceptable sorenesses are LEGS! OUCH!! and biceps, I worked my biceps so hard once that I was out on a date and went to reach for the check and it hurt like a mofoooooo
