My company is going to be implementing Websense. Is there a way around or a Proxy I can go through?

Websense and all programs like it kill Internet bandwidth. The IT manager here tried implementing a while back but it fucked everything up so we abandoned it. Since all Internet traffic travels through it a bottleneck was created and people started complaining about how slow everything was. Personally I didn't care cause I wasn't restricted by it, only it slowed down my song D/L's alot
