lol next time try doing it with weight.

i love doing stiff legged deads. nice stretch.

My lower back is so fucked up today though. I have to watch it with those things.

r u keeping your back arched or rounding it out?

if you round it out, you are 50% more prone to injury.

I guess rounded out...ass sticking out and back curved inward. I also trained back the day before (including lower back) so I guess I also overworked it :shuffle

joe, you're just a barell of over-training.

I only kept my legs bent about 2" to keep them "straight-legged." Was that not enough? :shuffle

thats fine. as long as u felt the stretch. but watch out for your back
