Jeans at work

How many of you are allowed to wear Jeans at work? I just got the memo that jeans are no longer allowed to be worn in my office/field.. I am so pissed about this because there are days when I am straight up in the ghetto and of course I look like the Avon lady in the Ghetto as it is but now it is gonna be worse:disgusted

Dress down fridays around my office, jeans, collered shirt and shoes. When the warm weather comes around we can wear polos, but for the rest of the year its suits.

one of the perks of my job is that i can basically wear whatever the hell i want to, so i wear jeans 99% of the time:applaud

the owner of my company is 32, wears jeans everyday, has his tongue pierced, and lets his puppy run around our office everyday

I work for a 560 million dollar a year company and we can wear jeans, sneakers, anything we want really although they DID circulate a memo once that said to cut down on the cleavage shirts.... :floor

I'm so lucky that i can come into work in anything.. jeans, sneakers, my cute little bebe sweatpants :keke.. they don't care..
but i make it a point to try and get dressed up at least once or twice a week cause i do get sick of dressing like a bum to work...

everyone here wears jeans and sneakers everyday.... but i like dressing in business attire, so i get dressed up almost all the time. (although its really nice knowing you can dress down and be comfy when you're not feeling so well sometimes)

I like dressing up for work :GEEK. I work for a law firm and not even the mailroom guys are allowed to wear jeans. Fine with me or I'd wear out all my favorite jeans :shrugger Business casual is enough. As long as I don't have to wear a tie, I'm good

I can come to work in juicy pants and a tee when its slow, and jeans are a staple here....the Fashion industry is very easygoing when it comes to this. :heart

fridays we can wear jeans.... the rest of the week normal office stuf...

before i got this job all i worse were sneakers and sweat pants or jeans... and now i got so used to work clothes.. almost eveyrthing matches and you look so much mroe put together... now im always late on fridays cuz i have such a hard time finding a normal shirt to go w jeans....

and we're allowed to wear sneakers w jeans too hehe.. so thats gooooooood

when i first started here i always dressed up ... but then when i noticed that everyone wears jeans, i said fuck it lol sometimes i have my days where i wana look nice & i'll wear a skirt or dress pants .. but that is very rare lol

not sure what the big deal is about jeans. I love them, but a lot of times, I find dress pants more comfortable :shrugger
