this week vacation started this morning and its already a mess, im stuck in the middle of fucking nowhere in a city they call south philadelphia, doesn't look like california to me

One of my Boys called me and told me he booked connecting rooms..With my room...that is 4 rooms so far

We are all going to try and get the same floor and location

U should do the same and join the madness....will prob try and check in around 2-3

shit is great for that ... i put on 10lbs of muscle in about 6 weeks or so id say and had steady strength gains every week ... even if i dont do SL anymore the idea of it will be incorporated in my workouts for sure

nah ive been slacking off at the gym the past few weeks ... gotta get back into it
