Had a little contest with Jordan at the gym today to see who was stronger with Legs. I must say that it was one of the best leg work outs I have had in awhile and I hope we keep this little contest going for a few more body parts.
Leg Press - 18 plates total Got for 1 Rep second one was half way and I needed help up. (Icarian Leg Sled)
Leg Extension - Tied- maxing the machine out on out 4th set for 5 reps.
Lunges - Both of us dug down real deep (I almost had a hernia I think) with 2 plates on each side of the smith machine for 10 reps on each leg.
We did calves but I wasnt going to add that in cause I go for reps on that not weight.
I have to admit that doing this def made me push myself alot harder then I normally would push myself. And I think that its def good friendly fun that will def pay off in the long run.
