    definitely not..............you will get out of breath to fast......especilly with cardio, running, etc.........which is the worst thing to do...............then you try to force your body to perform, but in reality, your body has not repaired itself 100% from the damage it endured the night before ...........ive gotten really lightheaded from that..............been there................so for now, after a night of partying.....i skip the gym........

    Definetly NOT!!...u need to give at least a day for your body to recouperate and re-energize itself...going out doing drugs and then waking up and working out is a great way to hurt yourself...although it could be done without any "noticable" harm, I wouldn't suggest it.
    The best way to predict the future is to create it.

    now that i think of it...i did this a while back...spent a whole sunday at cracktory (obviously doing VERY bad things) and then woke up Monday afternoon and did some advanced tae-bo (like an asshole) ...30 minutes into the workout my mom had to call 911 and i was sent to the hospital..id rather not go into details but it landed my ass in the hospital for an entire day and i know u wouldnt want that

    It all depends on how much sleep you got that day or night before. I have worked out after going to a club and had an ok work out. They werent the best and I def felt like shit, but I still worked out and got through it.

    And it also depends on what you did...TINA OR G its def possible to work out. Hits are very tuff to recover from (which is what I was on that day/night). K I have no Idea cause I never did alot of it or attempted to work out after a night of having it.

    But after you work out..def take some supplements, alot of water, some protein, carbs and SLEEP!

    I agree. If you sleep enough before and/or after you might be able to handle it. It also depends on what drugs you did, how much, and how long you were awake for. If someone did G all night I'm sure they could make it to the gym no problem, while if they took ecstasy they'd feel like shit.

    Good for me, I dont work out on weekends.... Just the hole week...
