    Detour bar

    so I picked one up today! Everyone's been saying how
    they taste just like a snickers so I'm excited for that!
    I guess they come in diff sizes cause at first i only saw one with like 300+cals.. and for a girl, well that is just too much!
    but I found one today with only 160cals.. much better for moi!
    i'll try it out tomorrow!

    look out for Glycerin.... shit will kill ya and those bars are full of them.

    I eat them and I dont get fat? lol

    Those bars are good and I will take the extra cal and sugar for the taste and the protein. Just have to work out harder to burn the bad stuff out!

    Dtour ..... they aren't the best for you and if your gonna spend the money and make the effort, your better off getting a real protein bar like a Promax with low carbs and calories and sugar.

    I eat Detour bars every day because they don't taste like powder or cardboard. I don't mind the sugar because the bar is meant to fulfil a daytime meal. Detour and U-Turn are the only ones that don't make me want to vomit.

    JoeyJoey, you ever try the Promax Cookies and Cream? Honestly man, I have been eating these fuckin gross bars for 3 years and I can say everyone I know likes them and I go through a box a week. You toss one down with some water or milk..... they aren't bad at ALL man. If you never had one, try ONE and let me know if you liked them.

    Calories: 290, Fat Cal: 60g, Ttoal Fat: 6g, Carbs: 38g, Protein: 20g

    try lean body cookies & cream, i hate that powdery taste also and this flavor is real good. 31 grams of protein 11grams of sugar 16 grams of carbs. it won the best in show for taste.

    I've gone through boxes of the Lean Body Cookies & Creams. I liked them at first, but I'm over them. Maybe I'll try the ones Romeo reccomends when my boxes of D-Tour run out. Thanks

    since when is 9 grams of sugar too much sugar?

    not that i believe there is only 9 grams in the bar even thought that what the label says, but if 9 grams of sugar is all there is in a 300+ calorie, 30 gram protein bar, I'll take that any day
