ok so i have been on my diet strickt since i came back from south beach in march and i steped on the scale for the first time last night and i was 215 which means i lost 15 pounds which made me feel great... i lost a lil strength but i still feel strong uped my cardio to 45 min at 8am in the mourning on a empty stomach...im looking to loose another 5lbs then i figure i should see my abs more my upper body is cut as hell starting to see syrations in my chest have my top to abs and the middle 2 are starting to show 5-10lbs more and i should see them all![]()
