I'm not disagreeing, they're def out of hand...but the media has always been biased, always had a slant. Journalism way back when leaned left or right. As long as people are biased and have opinions so will the media....even w/ a conscientious effort to be UNbiased, you can't eliminate all of it.

Nowadays though, every uneducated jackass is under the impression that being critical of policy or the administration means you're unpatriotic. We can thank the post 9/11 spineless media for that ( and Bush ). He planted the idea, they ran with it. Nobody had the balls to criticize, or deviate...and now we're playing catchup. Sensationalism is out of control now, and I think that's where you're right in saying today's media is MORE garbage than ever, and less true reporting.
