Dogs being walked were seized from their owners and beaten to death on the spot, the Shanghai Daily newspaper reported. Led by the county police chief, killing teams entered villages at night creating noise to get dogs barking, then beat the animals to death, the reports said.

Owners were offered 63 cents per animal to kill their own dogs before the teams were sent in, they said.


I am sick to my fucking stomach. If i EVER saw somebody grab a little dog and " beat it to death" I would kill them myself or die trying. That is DISGUSTING, and horrible. Fucking china has 230984203948203 billion people.

Seriously. I know they don't view dogs as we do...as WONDERFUL pets. But something is VERY VERY wrong w/ you when you consider two men beating a small dog w/ giant sticks HUMANE or ACCEPTABLE. If they absolutely HAD TO kill off dogs for disease reasons, they could've euthanized them.

That's still fucked up, but you don't beat a living thing to death like that. Those were peoples' pets and dogs know fear, pain, and suffering. That's no way to die.

Fuck them. Over THREE deaths? Fuck 3 chinese people, there are 100 zillion more. Between this, sars, avian flu, and every other fukin thing, maybe they should get their ACT TOGETHER, stop keeping chickens in their houses, get ON TOP of diseases and stop "treating" epidemics by killing off livestock and fucking DOGS

im not racist or anything but that country is dangerously over populated to the point where theyre brewing in new viruses and to harm animals in such an indecent manner just goes to show you how uncivilized they are. any govt. that would allow that is just disgusting, i noticed in another thread in the fashion forum where the raccoon dogs were being skinned alive was happening in china.. unbelievable
