The FDA is going to start to set new rules for supplements. They are going to have tests done for purity, quality and strength of each batch that is produced. I think its a good thing, esp with all the bogus shit that out there.

It is a good thing, but this ephedrine ban that should be coming is pissing me off.

I heard they might just make the companies out a stronger warning label on the products. It hasnt been shown that taking ephedra or ephedrine properly will cause death in healthy people. They also claim that the prescription drugs that are taken by over weight patients can be alot more dangerious then products that are sold over the counter.

I know. There really is no scientific data supporting claims that ephedrine use leads to death. A few cases of ephedrine abuse or coincidincedental death are widely publicized and lead to so much drama.

I wish that all supplements would have on the bottle or package what its supposed to be good for. Whenever I go into a health store i have look it up before hand cause its never labeled.
