Shocked the day has come... i said goodbye to CHANEL

    sort of...

i went to my local sephora for my annual damage and i notice the CHANEL products were running low on stock.
i ask and the chick tells me they are swapping CHANEL for lancome. seems they have a bad relationship with my first love...

so i was like funk this im not running to bloomies let me check out the palletes.

so my satifactoiun levels were rather rather low until i came across urban decay
i went nuts on the eyeshadows... it was like a marvel painter with super silky oil paint su know?
    the quality is superb!

so for my 17th birthday i ran up my frst counter makeup bill.
27th i decide to switch brands.

the brighter colors that urban decay has to offer makeup for the fact that u can't drop water on it and watercolor it to your face..or can you?

I know you can wet the stila shadows for more intense pigment... Not sure about urban...haven't tried.
Throw out your cares and fly...wanna go for a ride?

buy Urban Decay's Primer Potion.. put that on your eyes let it dry and thenapply your eyeshadow.. it comes out brighter AND that shit's like glue so its not gonna go anywhere... this is what it looks like:

also an application technique i heard was that you shouldnt sweep the brush across your eyelid, but rather pat the color onto your lid. more color goeson and stays on (especially if you have the primer) PLUS its better for yoru lids in the future because your not pulling them which from what i understand causes wrinkly eyelids

Make Up For Ever has pretty bright colors as well - also they have a few loose powders (but most of them are really shimmery/sparkly) i know you can wet those and they'll come out brighter

I have always used base/foundation on my eyes before applying my eyeshadow. It never ever ever budges. That's the key to keeping ur eyeshadow on and beautiful for hours and hours even through the worst heat.

i use that automatic liquid liner.. its a little sponge tip where i can mini stroke my upper lash base. amazing control for the light user
its just that they ran out of blak and i got the brown.
i wont even fugg around with that ill just go to bloomies or macy*s and pick it up.

maybe if i find the chik who rang me up and explain i accidentally picked up the wrong concealer color

IMO- there is no eyeshadow better than mac. Even their face make up looks absolutely gorgeous on me...I just wished I wasnt allergic to their blush. :(

Urban decay has the best shadows and they actually last. I don't buy mac stuff at all anymore.
