    Question Tired all the time.

I get about 7 hours of sleep during the week, on the weekends about 4 a night...but I am always so tired. Is there anything besides drugs, caffine or ephedria containing products that will help me be less tired all the time.

Are you drinking alot of cofee? Are you drinking enough water? See caffeine is a diuretic that saps the water from your system that in turn will lead to fatigue. More coffee is not always better water is key for energy plus a good multi-vitamin.
If you are OK on the weekend but tired during the week then you are suffreingfrom a common ailment....
You would rather be someplace else.

The weather is definitely playing a big part. I slept 10 hours last night and I still feel like I'm passing out right now.

Four hours of sleep on weekends nights/days actually seems pretty good, but I think that as we get older our sleep cycle gets more sensitive. After years of being up crazy hours it starts to take it's toll.

yeah the weather sucks.. deff makes you tired... the most important thing is to keep yourself hydrated.... and maybe spread your meals out better.. eat small snacks inbetween them....

    well take the total challenge.....

my roomate prooved it worked to me in college. He could be a mens health cover model, and all natural etc... So he told me to east one bowl of total cereal for one week. (7 days), and to see how i felt. Damm thing worked like a charm... Yea some of it, is it was in my head, but i felt a lot better..

also running just 20 mins a day, will do wonders for your energy level. You will sleep better and feel more energized.
