I know its not healthy to lose weight rapidly in a short period of time BUT my wedding is in a month and i have been so busy the past 2 months i barely made it to the gym...any ideas of how i can lose the most in the next month?? i really just wanna lose a few lbs nothing too drastic...i think im just gonna eat fish, chicken, veggies, and egg whites for the next month and drink tons of water...any other suggestions??
