i strained myself at teh gym the week before last and dindt go all last wek cause i dindt want to aggravate anything. now this week its has moved form my right side over ot my left side. originally it was on my right hip and now moved across to my left side? should i be getting to a doctor liek asap ?![]()
or might it just be nothign thats will go away?
