    takes me exactly 24 hours till im sore. if i work out at 6:30 monday...6:30 on the dot tuesday im sore as hell

    usually worse with legs then anything else...the day or day and a half after your thinkin wow maybe i'm not gonna be too sore...then BAM you are walking like a cripple when you wake up the next morning lol
