What are opinions on walking vs. more strenuous activity, such as jogging/running? it seems like every trainer i talk to prefers power walking, on a steep incline... can someone explain to me why?
(ps. i almost fainted @ the gym today, i had to sit downnext time i should probably get more than 1 1/2 hrs of sleep & eat something more than just a plum.
