    what's your secret ?

what are some your diet/eating secrets ?

I eat 2 buckets of KFC and puke my guts out ...nah ..jk ..I used to do that but not anymore

    Here's my secrets

No sugar, No salt ,no alcohol ,no sodas just water ..and occasional fruit juices

No junkfood . No prepared frozen foods, No "diet" snacks and sodas. No baked goods. No canned food or soups

Carbs & red meat occasionally. Alot of fish and eggs. Raw veggies , fruits & nuts.
Oatmeal is my favorite anytime food

Lately I've been slacking- I had a Sara Lee Cheesecake & Halloween candies past few days

The only sin I commit is drinking coffee in the morning. But hey at least I don't drink !

Not if you're used to it . Once you cut out the sugar & the salt - your body won't even be able to go near it

If I want somethin sweet - I buy pastries at WHOLE FOODS

you gotta watch the dining out...drinks, appetizers & desserts .. really does alot of damage

I was once in what I considered to be perfect shape for myself. Once you get there, you'd have to be in a coma for 6 months to get so out of shape that you couldn't get it back in 3 weeks to a month of good training, tops. That's how it is for me anyway. Not really a secret, but I just eat whatever I want, and if I think I'm getting soft, I step up training, and tighten the diet just a little

For me its similar to cocoanutt. the more i exercise the better i eat naturally. So to me exercise is key, because of it i make wiser decisions and eat smaller portions.

I wouldn't say secret either. just try to live a healthy life as much as I can. I just started going to the gym first thing early in the morning. drink lots of water, only thing i drink throughout the day. take my vitamins. avoid sugar anything(unless it's the time of the month coming up ). i use stevia instead of regular sugar. avoid bad oils, bad fats, bad carbs. avoid fastfood. when i go out and drink i'll have a shot and one drink, then drink lots of water after. i don't smoke, never did. well, grass...not cigarettes.

I was doing the South Beach diet but I'm kinda just doing my own version now....I stay away from any white starches - pasta, potatoes, rice, bread, sugar, candy, etc etc...

I eat a lot of lean protein- chicken, turkey, fish, egg beaters, reduced fat cheese, nonfat yogurt, peanuts, almonds, lots of veggies, broccoli, mixed green salads, etc...some white or red wine a couple times a week

I only allow myself a few servings of whole grain carbs a week...honestly I don't even crave them that much anymore

I've lost about 7 lbs since I started the SoBe over a month ago...but I can tell more in the inches I've lost...now I just want to start adding more muscle...but I feel really great, the best I've felt in years

I eat fairly healthy but I don't deprive myself of any one thing. I just try not to eat too much junk, not over eat, and go to the gym. That seems to work good enough to where I don't feel like I can never have any fast food, sugar or salt. I do have a problem with sugar though, super addicted. :/
