they do contain a lot of fat, BUT it is monounsaturated fat!
Which is very very heart healthy and good for you.
won't make you fat.. worry more about Saturated and Trans fats.

one and half avocados
diced tomato (few onces, maybe 20 or so lil diced pieces)
fresh chopped garlic (about 3/4 an once)
salt (1 tbsp)
choped red onion (about 2-3 tablespoons)
fresh lime and orange (one wedge each)
cerrano peppers (how much depends on how hot u want it)
cilantro (again goes by taste, normally a pinch)

mash the avacado up to a smooth consistency first with nothing else u dont wanna crush the tom. and take the juice out of if
then after that add all the ingredients and mixed it all together but at this point just stir them together dont mash anymore
u want there to be 2 diff consistencies, smooth avacado and chunky ingredients
basically u DONT want it to look like gucamole that u see at chilis or fridays

I have a hard time believing that anything that comes from the earth is bad for you. I never believed the hype that Avocados were bad for you!
