    Nausea

Anyone experience this after training hard?

I am working my way back in (I do HIT not Volume Training) and as I get stronger I also develop a higher threshold for pain. This allows me to push my body even harder and the result is I am getting nausea after the first set of 20 rept squats and at the end. I feel so sick now I cant even finish my protein shake.

    Anyone else experience this?

When you deadlift do you crouch down like a squat?

Also when you bring the bar up do you keep it pinnned against your shins? When I use to do that I would always start bleeding so I started wearing soccer shin pads to the gym. Deadlifts wont be on the agenda for at least a year.

yea a deadlift is pretty much a squat, exepct ur holding the bar infront of you as opposed to resting it on your traps. my shins are all ripped up. the closer the better. if you are too far out, you could really injure your back

LOL I know what a deadlift is. Just some people do stiff legged as opposed to sitting deep in the hole. I actually run the bar against my shins so it always tears up my legs. I cant imagine how you could do it without having the bar against your shins

yea i hear ya. some people bend at the wasit and dont even move or bend their knees. i do stiff legs similatr but i keep my knees soft.

yea i dono i seen people do it without scraping, they like it that way. you can move more weight when u drag it up your body. its wierd
