My Miami Review - Presidents Day Weekend

mmm Touch
Best seared tuna (pepper crusted) ive ever had!

If you goto touch, the appetizer to get is:

Mango Induced Foie-Gras
seared canadian foie-gras a-top crispy coconut fried pineapple, sour mango sauce finished with dried mango

It was out of this world.............I had the tuna too......but I remember a couple of the girls got:

Prime Black Angus Filet
center cut angus tenderloin char-grilled with foie-gras, mushroom, potato croquette, parmesan rosemary crisp, grilled asparagus and a melted boursin complex butter

And I'm pretty sure one or two of them was foaming out the mouth, and I might have seen someone get shanked for a piece......but I'm pretty sure all lush,sodeeva,dagabbana&sexncandie will all tell you it's one of the best things they've ate..........if they remember any of it lol

now i wanna go back! we had a bunch of appetizers but i dont know what any of them really wetre. i was concentrating on getting all of the tuna tartar on my plate b4 anyone else got to it.
My seared tuna even came w veggies and WASABI mash pototoes. mmmmmm
my friend got the chilean sea bass which was also unbeliveable.
