Whats everyone taking these days?
I feel like Im in a little rut lately at the gym and Im not seeing any progress. The last thing I was taking was NO-Xplode. I liked what I saw when I was on it, but I def needed a break from it.
Right now Im stricltly going on food, protein powders, and my daily vitamins(Multi, B, C).
What are you guys taking? Creatine? New Supps?
