Well I know there are many different types. I was just curious of the effects. Do you feel healthier, lighter (weight/bloat wise), etc?

My chiropracter/nutritionist told me about this one..

Fresh organic fruits (raw or blended) from morning to noon.
After 12pm, fresh organic vegetables raw, cooked or blended.
    Organic vegetable broth.
A little bit of brown rice, if I want or need it.

Harsh, huh? But it's only for 3 days - Fri thru Sun
