    its okie. i would judge walking by distance, not by time. i would try to aim for 3 miles a day

    my rountine is about 2.6 miles - i basically walk for a half hour pretty fast - then turn around at 1/2 hour an dhead back home.

    lots of hills too so i can get that ass i used to love back.

    just lately im not feeling gettin up and walking...its been so COLD

    but i should make myself - i even bought these ugly ass walking shoes - but they feel like im walkin no water/clouds
