So, ive gained a substantial amount of weight in the past year. Not that i dislike the weight, but i dont like the form of it. Now bc ive always been an extremely tiny girl my entire life, i have never worked out or had to eat anything besides what my stomach desired. Recently i feel like everything i eat i just put the weight on more and more. And with the Grave's Disease its not helping any that my metabolism is all haywire, so ive got to make sure i keep a close eye on my weight.
I have no idea how to work out. And quite frankly, other then the treadmil, i would know what machines are what or even what they are used for. So im basically looking for a simple tone up workout that i can do at home. Besides the whole running deal.
My main focus points : tummy, upper arms, thighs & butt.
Any suggestions or info would be greatly appreciated!!
