I weighed myself this morning and looks like i dropped 2 lbs since saturday...is that even possible?
also - i quit smokingand have been eating healthier overall for the past 2 weeks.
and - how many cals do you think is in a pump chicken sanwhich on a pita with lettuce, cucumbers onions and some carrot ginger dressing
my routine thus far - walking about 2.5 miles in the morning
after work hit the gym for a half hour of lifting and 5 min stretch b4 my 10-20 mins of elliptical and 5 min stretchign again after.
is that a good routine? i need to drop some weight b4 next octoberso im really trying my hardest to make a lifestyle change.

at least for the next month! I was drinking vodka and soda - which is hard for me bc im DEF a beer drinker (did you see my gut???)
and to help strenghten my core so my back pain is less.
