not to be a party pooper, but i didnt see how this was so "emotional" and how it touched everyone?
It is incumbent on you, yes You, to educate yourself to a sufficient extent that you are in a position to evaluate information issued from a position of authority. You are supposed to be able to recognize silly bullshit when you hear it.

Mia choreographed it... It was about her father who she recently lost to cancer and herself as a little girl.

The song was perfect, you could feel the moments in time freezing and unfreezing... I thought it was amazing. I'm not usually a fan of the contemporary pieces as I usually feel they are just some bull$hit story about birds or butterflies, lol but this one hit me as well.

    They are definitely safe...

but how can anyone judge that. i was more performance, rather than dance?

it was dance.. the beauty of it, and as i think Nigel said.. was that you couldnt even tell they were performing a choreographed dance routine.. it almost looked as if it was improv.. that was just proof as to how well choreographed it was by Mia and how well danced it was by Lacey & Neil

Danny is really growing on me.. is is my favorite male dancer.. I love Pasha also.

I voted lol.. for Danny Pasha & Sara. but i think that Sabre or Lacey will win.

on another note.. the judges critiques are awesome this year.. i love listening to them.

i am going to get to the tour this year again - love it lol

So who do you guys think will actually be cut this week?

    Its tough.

    Danny
    Neil
    Pasha
    Dominik

    So I'm thinking maybe Dominik?

    Lacey
    Sara
    Lauren
    Sabra

I'm thinking it might be Sara even though I love her and thought her first dance last night was GREAT.

I'm not sure if you've ever seen broadway musicals, but the story behind the dance + the mood + the setting all played a factor in why it moved the audience. The movie West Side Story is a perfect example of how a musical & dance work hand-in-hand. Last nights performance w/ Lacey & Neil did just that. It was a moving piece w/o having to wow the crowd w/ flips, jumps, etc.....
