    Pork Cutlets

    Its the boogleg veal,taste just like veal only half the price frying up a batch as we speak
    Id rather laugh with sinners,than cry with saints...

    nothing better than a nice little pork chop or cutlet, some adobo a little extra virgin and some lime juice, with some virgo spanish rice and a little salad. i could eat it every night.

    forget the cutlets, you need a nice thick chop for that like we did a couple weeks ago. and then put the garlic in the chop before you put it on the grill

    cutlets, I'd rather have a nice tender milk-fed veal... or chicken cutlets of course.
    veal marasala pork cutlets become chewy very easily, and a bone in chop is much more juicy and tasty.
    slave to the rhythm...
