what type of dividend yield vs stock price are you looking for? & are you having your dividends paid out or reinvested?

Don't quote me but I believe the general trend is that older people that invest in companies that pay dividends, usually when your younger it's better to invest in companies that reinvest in themselves and have a bigger chance at growth, take Microsoft for example, they've been around since the 70's and didn't pay a dividend till well after the dotcom boom...........I could be wrong though.

That makes sense since Buffet invested in BOA, BOA invested in Countrywide, and now Buffet is investing in subprimes, he's looking to clean up after change/regulation.....

I was talking to someone who bought $100 DRIP of GM 40 years ago and it is worth $160,000 today. LOL

Definitely should buy a few blue chips and tuck away and forget about them.

Bank of America really tightened up guide lines more so then any other conforming bank. I didnt think anything of it. I thought it was weird, and I was shocked they stopped writing loans. Interested to see what pans out.
