700 sqft is doable for one person, it depends how it's broken up, my apt in JC was that and it was more then enough for me and my girl, entertaining was a little bit rough, but I liked it.

I always marvel when Im in manhattan that people live in some of these neighborhoods like upper west side, the east side, Meat Packing district, even battery park....like are there that many people making well over 150,000 that they can afford these places

its in north bergen on blvd east. I looked at a 2 bedroom condo the other day that was a 1000 sq ft..I loved it..but it already had on offer on it.

I'm going to look at the place tomorrow so obv ill find out then.

and yea..the city is redic! when I lived there ppl thought my apt was such a good size..after the first 6 months I felt like the walls were closing in on me.idk how ppl that don't make $$$$$$ live there. I could never do it again.

A 700 sq ft apartment should be a 1 bedroom...with a bathroom, kitchen and living room thats four rooms...2 bedrooms would make the rooms too small...IMO of course Then again I have witnessed 500 sq ft 2 bedrooms in Manhattan, its quite sad that people live in these tiny spaces just to say they live in Manhattan.

im tryin got gauge it in comparison to one of my old apartments...my dad said it was 700 sq ft. if thats the case, it was fine...i didnt find it small at all.
