The salad bar was closed in the cafe, and this is my only choice. Whats in this crap? Is it unhealthy?

one of my least fave soups as well. Most soups aren't good for you...high in salt.

I love beef barley soup when it's homemade. When I've had it from deli's and stuff it's so terrible and salty.
