i love how places dress you iceberg lettuce ($0.49 a head) by calling it a wedge and charging $7 for it. i wont eat it on principle LOL i do enjoy some iceberg lettuce though, light / crispy and def good with bleu cheese and bacon.

yea, its hilarious that became a staple on a lot of restaurants menus, its not that bad though usually price wise, especially if you get some good stuff on top of it. Usually its the cheapest salad on the menu.

i lvoe iceberg lettuce i don't care that its the cheesiest leaves. It has a crunch like no other.....best for traditional salads....not so much w/ the trendy salads w/ fruits and all.

I don't think anything tastes worse than mixed greens/mesclun mix.........

Might as well walk onto your front lawn and throw some dressing on it and eat it.

I don't know what that is.....but I prefer salads with spinach leaves instead of lettuce. It's honestly the only food related item I am picky about.
