A place where the freshest ingredients are assembled with the same love and passion, which was once so admired in the kitchens of our mothers and grand mothers. At Carbone NYC we are offering a Chef’s Special Menu for New Year’s Eve 2008. Come join us in ringing in the New Year with Good food and Good people.
