Now some food chains (like pizza hut and papa johns) have text ordering. You send a text message of what you want! i really dont htink its that much of bother to make one quick call to place an order, but apparantly many other chains are looking into this too. its amazing how things change

The only way I can see that as being an improvment is they now have in plain text what exactly you ordered, so its harder to mess up.
